Yorkist – Denton Hinds in the Theater

Yorkist, Denton Hinds AKA Michael Denton started
a nucleus for community theater in 1982 in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Several years later the concept was adopted by Jamaican theater talents in the United States and this became the birth of  ISLAND THEATER PRODUCTIONS, INC. He is still in the theater business and now presents his newest production Uptown Ghetto, coming up in March 2019.
